What to do and what to bring. We never ask for your health history in a message or in a contact form.
Pick an office and a time
Alisal opens from 6:30 a.m. and Market Street closes at 7 p.m. Use the form or call us.
Fill in your history in the portal
It is the only place where we ask about your health.
Open the patient portalBring what you have
A photo ID, a list of your medicines, your insurance or Medi-Cal card if you have one, and recent X-rays.
Ask about the cost
You can learn what a routine visit costs before you come. Ask when you book.
How fees work
What happens at the first visit
The dentist starts by listening.
She asks what worries you and what you hope for, checks your teeth and gums and shows you what she sees. If you need treatment, you hear the options, what each one costs and what happens if you wait. Nothing is done until you decide.
To come in at ease
Can I bring a family member?
Yes. You can come with whoever you like.
Who speaks Spanish?
Dr. Negrete sees patients in Spanish and in English, and so does the front desk at both offices. Dr. Pham sees patients in English.
What if I am late?
Call us. If we can still see you, we do; if not, we find another time.
